1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of quirkyquay.site and any booking or visit to Quirky Quay Hotel & Casino. By using the website or our facilities, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us by email. Rates are shown per room per night and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A valid card is required to guarantee each reservation.
- Payment in full may be taken at check-in or on arrival.
- Special requests are noted but cannot always be guaranteed.
3. Cancellations and changes
Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are charged one night's stay. Promotional and non-refundable rates follow the conditions shown at the time of booking.
4. Check-in, check-out and conduct
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Guests must present photo ID on arrival. We may refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behaviour endangers others, damages property or breaks the law. Smoking is not permitted in rooms; a cleaning fee applies.
5. Casino entry and gaming
Entry to the gaming floor is limited to adults aged 18 and over with valid photo ID. All games are played under the house rules displayed at each table and in accordance with our gaming licence.
- Management may refuse entry or play at its discretion.
- Chips have no value outside the casino and must be exchanged at the cashier.
- Disputes at the tables are settled by the floor supervisor, whose decision is final.
- Guests may request self-exclusion or limits at any time.
6. Liability
We take care to keep guests and their belongings safe. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of or damage to items not placed in a safe, or for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Website use
All content on this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. Photography is sourced from Pexels and used under its licence. You may not copy or reuse content for commercial purposes without permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but prices and availability may change without notice.
