Our story on the waterfront
From a weathered rope warehouse to a harbourside hotel and casino, this is how the quay got its quirk.
Hospitality with salt in its veins
We are an independent hotel run by people who love the harbour, good food and a friendly game of cards.
When our founders restored the old warehouse, they kept the iron beams, the ship's bell and the quirks that gave the building character. That spirit still guides us: generous service, honest prices and a sense of fun you won't find in a cookie-cutter chain.
Today our crew of 180 looks after travellers, couples, families and business guests, as well as locals who stop by for dinner, drinks or an evening on the gaming floor.
