What time are check-in and check-out?
Rooms are ready from 3:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am. Ask at reception about early arrival or a late departure, which we arrange whenever occupancy allows.
Do I need to be a hotel guest to visit the casino?
No. The gaming floor welcomes all adults aged 18 and over with valid photo ID. Hotel guests receive priority seating at table games and a welcome drink at the Lantern Bar.
Is there a dress code on the gaming floor?
Smart casual is perfect for the main floor. The VIP salon asks for collared shirts after 8:00 pm, and beachwear is not permitted inside the casino.
Is parking available?
Yes. Secure valet and self-parking are available on site, with electric vehicle charging bays on the lower level.
